Refund Policy

Kushi Institute of Education Centre (KIEC) strives to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which fees paid to the institution may or may not be refunded.

1. Admission and Registration Fees

All admission, registration, and application fees paid to KIEC are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees cover administrative and processing costs associated with enrollment.

2. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to approval by the institution’s management.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, may be considered in the following situations:

• Cancellation of a course or program by KIEC
• Non-commencement of classes due to institutional reasons
• Duplicate or excess payment made by the student

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation by the student
• Dismissal due to disciplinary action or policy violations
• Failure to attend classes or complete the course
• Change of personal circumstances

5. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office or through official communication channels. Requests should include:

• Student name and enrollment number
• Course or program details
• Reason for refund request
• Proof of payment

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

7. Deductions

Where applicable, approved refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative charges, taxes, or any services already availed by the student.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

KIEC reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of payment shall be applicable.

9. Final Authority

The decision of Kushi Institute of Education Centre regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

By enrolling in any program at KIEC and making payments, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
